100 Words Every Fourth Grader Should Know

Any book for knowledge building is good, we just need to take the time to work with children in order for some to really focus

I bought this book for my Son for summer school and he loves it. It's easy and self taught. My son spends lots of time and seems to enjoy learning this way.... Homeschool may be better for my son .... My son has even talked with me about it. ADHD plays a major role in helping to determine if this type of education is a better learning activity then school. This will offer my son the ability to get away from the bulling because he's so hyper and difficult at times because he's board.

I'm going to be doing summer writing camp for some kids---3rd-5th grade. I can think of dozens of writing experiences that will keep each of the kids interested...would be a wonderful asset to back up on line school work. I love this book!

This is a great reference source for a "Word of the Day" in a classroom. I post the word and definition on large chart paper. I then use the word as often as I can during the day, and encourage my students to use it, also. It becomes a source of fun with language!

We use this for a word of the day. We have enjoyed the word list. I like that each word has a sentence to go with it.

There are some very difficult words for a 4th grader to know.
