Well, these are indeed thin, but perhaps so thin that they won’t last. One of my socks has a tiny hole in the heel arrow (diagonal stitching on the side of the heel) that appeared when I first put the socks on. They look comically small for a "large" sock, but they definitely stretch enough to fit. I washed them but air dried them rather than putting them in the dryer. They didn’t shrink. Wore them all day, and they work very well. Let’s just see if they will last like Wright Sock's other great socks. I have had lots of their double-layer blister prevention socks in the past, and they simply will not wear out! Great company, but I wish they would go back to making a thin double-layer sock. The Cool-Mesh II sock is simply too thick for my running tastes, even though it is billed as a thin sock. The original Cool-Mesh double-layer sock was perfect, but no longer available.

The size large socks fit my size 10 foot well. I use them for cycling. They work well paired with cycling shoes especially during the summer.

I bought these for hockey... historically I've never worn socks because I thought the feel for the ice was better without them. But recently I've been playing in some extended skates - 2+ hours, and no socks can blister me up pretty good. So I searched for a very thin sock to prevent blisters but still give me the feel I like... and these do that perfectly. I'm almost at the point of liking them MORE than going barefoot, which is a big thing to say because I have gone barefoot for over 20 years. Big fan!

I like these socks a lot. I wear these with my 5.11 sneakers and casual shoes - they run small and seem to like the thin sock.They have held up nicely after several washes. I absolutely agree with their ability to wick moisture and it does provide an amazing amount of cushioning for such a thin sock.They do seem to run a bit small, though. I think I need to order a size up next time. I'll tell you what, if I was still a grunt doc, I would have a ton of these socks.

I give it 1 star because it's thin...tried using them twice thinking the second time they would have stretched to comfort, forget it and I ordered a size bigger...too tight and very uncomfortable. They say satisfaction guaranteed...just found out they weren't returnable lol...

I have been ordering these for the past couple of years for my husband. Now I am ordering for myself as well! After hundreds of washes, they keep their shape. Great quality

I usually buy a size large sock this sock fits my feet perfect fits like a glove so there is no binding around the toes, I bought these socks to wear to the gym the fit is so comfortable I wear them everywhere. This sock does not fit loose or tight there is no binding anywhere inside of my shoe because of the fit. The materia of these socks does not allow for binding or slippage. Considering this socks is very thin the quality appears to be excellent

I liked the thin feel of these socks on my feet, but the upright part of the sock had so much elastic in them that they deep left sock lines on my legs. They weren't good for my circulation. My legs aren't big, either. Cuffing the sock didn't help with the problem, either. I still had pronounced sock lines above the cuff. These socks were not for me!
