Works well does what it says.

The pack is great and does what it is supposed to however due to the fleece material it makes a huge mess each time it is used as the stuff inside it leaks out. Due to the mess it makes I couldn’t recommend this one

got one for my mum whose 93 and struggles with a bad back...she still working out how best to use it other than when shes sitting down - it falls out if tucked up a jumper! i have one and i think theyre wonderful for back ache - am experimenting with tying it in place with a scarf when i move about the house! easier than filling a hot water bottle - especially for my elderly mum!

Cant really say much as it's a gift so haven't tried it out but it turned up on time, reasonably packed feels nice.

This is a really good product esp for the price, my neck felt better after 1st use, the wheat bag came earlier then promised so thankyou for that.

So far haven’t needed to try out these pads, but sue I’ll be delighted. Smell great, even when cold!

Although this is a Xmas gift n not used yet I have had one myself and find it very good quality
