This is by far the best vegan salami on the market. It is thin and appears slightly marbled. You can't tell the difference in appearance between this and real salami. The taste is refreshing too - slightly spicy and the color is authentic. Yves does a great job with this product. I ordered an 8 pack and it came in a big cool pak. The packages are thin and fit in my refrigerator nicely. There are 15 slices in a package, with 80 calories per 5 slices with only 1 gram of fat.

My husband is a vegetarian and it is very difficult, rather impossible, to find cold cuts for him any where in our local area. Thank goodness I found you! The product came in a box with "dry ice" to keep the produce safe and sound until I arrived home to refrigerate.

Awesome product! My best is the bologna and salami!!! However, Salami being my first choice! Unfortunately, many stores in my NYC area aren't selling it any more. Why? Especially, since it was always the first to fly off of the shelves! smh

I absolutely love Yves cold cuts but my usual local sources stopped selling it. Unfortunately, I'll have to do without now because this price is pure insanity!
