as a person with gluten intolerance, I was thrilled to learn when I went to Ireland that I could eat all baked items. As a result, Iโve decided to try baking my own bread and I started with soda bread, and this was the brand of flour I bought. I made my first loaf last night and eight 1/2of it at one sitting.

Fantastic product, providing you know itโs limitations.
This is an outstanding product; however, it is not suitable as a replacement for conventional flour in some recipes. When making muffins, scones, and other baked goods were you want an extremely soft texture, it is perfect. However, for pancakes, waffles, bread, etc., the texture comes out too mushy, regardless of how much water you use.

Flour packages were opened due to damaged packaging. The flour was amazing.

Flour was opened inside the package. Naturally, I don't feel safe consuming it. I was not able to return or replace it so I am out $25.00
