Clear Mct Oil Medium Chain Triglycerides, 15 Ounce

It’s clear and oil. I am taking their word on the rest of it. I use MCT in my smoothies and guacamole. This oil blend well with both. No negative odor or taste.

I am a fan of Dave Asprey's research, and I use this in my bullet-proof coffee when my budget prevents me from buying brain octain oil. It's good and affordable.

My only complaint is it does not pour very well out of the lid (messy) but I like the product.

It dose not have a taste!, but it is a very good sourse of healthy oils. Needed for our bodies!!!

I'm just learning about MCT oil and to be honest it still scares me a bit because coconut oil and MCT oil are very high in saturated fat - like 65 or 70% of the daily allowance. I am not looking to do a keto diet. I just want to find a way to have ongoing energy and reduced appetite throughout the day. The generally recommended maximum daily dose of MCT oil is one tablespoon. I tasted some of a different brand and found that it would probably be easy just to swallow a tablespoon full rather than putting it in a hot drink or smoothie where some would be lost on the sides of the container. The good thing about the other brand was that the percentages of C8 and C10 were spelled out clearly on the label. This MCT oil does not have any specifics as to any percentages. That makes no sense to me in that I've read that C8 and C10 are the most important and beneficial of the acids. More than likely this is a blend of C6, C8, C10 and C12, but why no specifics? If this were a vitamin supplement, then usually the ingredients would be identified to a degree at least. Here's hoping that this company will update their labels! I can't comment on the flavor. I paid about $10.50 for the bottle that I purchased just last week. The price is higher now. Apparently primarily C8 and C10 are considered “healthy”. C12 is actually unhealthy in that it raises LDL “bad” cholesterol levels. This company is doing a disservice by not disclosing the ingredients. I personally cannot afford to have my cholesterol levels negatively impacted.

Great product and helps me to stay satiated. Great for salad dressing with lemon.
