This has become my go-to dehydrating book for everything! If you have any questions about dehydrating or ever need to look up anything about dehydrating, I sincerely recommend this book. You won't regret it.

Best guide for food dehydration
This book is a Five star, A to Z review guide! I received a food dehydrator as a gift 5 years ago and rarely used it because the manufacture’s directions and recipes were all but 5 pages. I did not know HOW to use my dehydrator until I purchased this book. It is a game changer. The instructions are straightforward and illustrations and recipes throughout are groundwork for success. I plowed through the book within 2 days and have already dehydrated many fruits and vegetables. I will never waste food again! I look forward to trying the trail mixes, camping recipes and beef jerky!

A great start to Dehydrating! I just dehydrated Mushrooms. Make sure you actually use it, don't let it become a museum of mistakes.

Excellent!
As a relative newbie to dehydrating I’m really enjoying this helpful book. I ordered this and a couple of others, but returned the other two. This book has valuable information, but also illustrations of the food, how it should look when dried, how to store correctly. Highly recommend.

Finally!!
I have finally found the perfect book for me. It is so full of the best information, instruction, and photos. Kudos to the author and OMGosh, the beautiful photos by Adam DeTour of each food before, during, and after dehydration! Great recipes for marinades for jerky of all kinds and instructions for machine dehydrating, oven dehydrating, and sun-drying for each food A -Z! There are even instructions on how to build your own dehydrator. I'm so happy I chose this book, I think you would be too. It's everything I could have hoped for and more for my new adventure in preserving food.
