Review: Good library product - I’m a middle school librarian and use this for self check out. The kids love to make it beep. It’s loud, but we don’t mind that too much. If anything I would say that it’s extremely sensitive and picks up the ISBN vs the school barcode if they’re placed in the same general area and I have to check to make sure the right barcode was picked up. But that’s not a product quality issue so I gave it five stars. Worth the money and convenience, but maybe use it for something that either only has one barcode accessible or for something like checking in books or book check out that is monitored so you can ensure accuracy.
