2 box Vachon The Original Jos Louis Cakes (imported from Canada)

Ordered some Canadian goodies I hadn't had in a long time, including jos. louis. They were exactly what I needed-- filled in a craving and are hanging out in cabinet for the next time one hits.

wish I could give this zero stars. This is the second time I've ordered this. The first time, the Jos Louis came all smashed in the box so I tried again. Same thing. I would find someone else to order from. They don't know what quality control is. It's like they threw the boxes repeatedly against the wall. I mean the cakes were crumbles.

A little smaller and a lot more expensive, these Jos Louis are almost the exact same as those I ate in my childhood some 55 years ago! I had my fix, and will order them again in another 5-10 years, just for the memories!

I ordered 2 boxes and they were shipped in a bigger box with some packing material. The boxes were in perfect condition (no dents). Some of the cakes did have some crumbles from the coating breaking off but that is to be expected for an item like this (cakes are soft and the coating is not hard, so it will break). I’m not sure what others are expecting.Put them in the fridge and they taste sweeter. I would definitely reorder from this seller again.
