Not very clear sounds

Got this as a back up for my father if he mislaid his expensive one. I knew it wouldn't be a good but thought it would be adequate. It wasn't it didn't work at all so I sent it back. Absolute rubbish. I would not recommend it at all.

got this for my uncle, this did help him to hear things louder, but from what he said sometimes it is not very clear.

wurde für meine mutter bestellt.die lieferung ging wie immer schnell.die bedienbarkeit ist praktisch selbsterklärend.die inbetriebnahme ging ohne den zettel zur hilfe zu nehmen.(alles englisch)ein gewisses grundrauschen des gerätes ist vorhanden aber bei dem preis ist das verständlich.die lautstärke ist mir sogar zu laut wenn sie auf der kleinsten stufe eingestellt ist.ich bzw. meine mutter kann diese produkt empfehlen.
