Undaunted Bible Study Guide: Daring to Do What God Calls You to Do

We ordered this book and the study guide and DVDs to do a group study. The book is good. The study guide is good too, but the one thing I wish I had realized is that they don't go together. The study guide follows the DVDs, not the book. The study guide is not a leader guide. You don't even need to read the book to do the study guide, just watch the videos. Again, they are both good, but don't make the mistake of thinking that you can use the study guide to help you lead a study if your group is reading the book.In the photo below, the left side is the table of contents for the study guide & the right is from the book.

This was a fabulous book. Christine Caine has an exciting story to tell of her life ... but the book is ever so much more than that. The book inspires to the point of knowing you have to do something in your life about what you just read. You can't be content to stay as an observer but must now be involved more in serving the Lord. I sent this book to my daughter who in turn used it in her high school girls Sunday School class. We then purchased Christine's Undaunted DVD set which I proceeded to use in my Ladies adult Sunday School class. Read this and know that the Lord can use any one of us to accomplish great things to His glory!

This study seems to be based more on what is happening in your life than totally learning about God’s Word. More difficult to follow each chapters layout.

I'd read the book and decided to lead a small group using the study guide, even though there's enough to study in the text of the book itself. I'm so glad I did! We had ladies of varied walks and education but everyone really loved it and commented on how much they learned and grew in the Word using the study guide. Because of time restraints, we didn't even use the dvd that came with the leader's pack. The study itself is pretty intense for some and you may want to split each session in half if you're meeting weekly, to allow participants enough time to really give it thought and study. Just read her book because you will get a lot more out of it than the Bible study

Very powerful message. Loved and admired Christine Caine through her challenges how she was able to overcome and KNOW that the Father in Heaven knew her first and called her to be his, that she is more than a number.

We are using this study for our small group and absolutely LOVE it!!. This book is not for the faint at heart as it looks at the real life of the sex trade that happens within the world in which we live. If you want to make a difference in a hurting world, this is for you. If you want God to use you in a mighty way - this book is for you!!

I don't want to give anything away so I will keep this simple….AMAZING! Only on lesson 2 in my small group but already lots of stories have been told around a circle, just based off of the subjects she discusses in this study guide. Many tears have been shed and many laughs have been shared. Again I will say, AMAZING!
