I bought this being very skeptical because the price is very low and that usually means it won’t work. However, I have drank 1 bottle cap full once a day for an entire week now and I have lost 2 inches on my waist!!! I have been active in the gym for 3 years now and have lost a little over 150 pounds. Yes, that is me in the pics and I have never had surgery or used any supplements except this current one I’m reviewing 😊 Tips: -Eat in a calorie deficit -lift weights (it really helps shape your body) -Do HIIT cardio most days out of the week (20-25 mins is all you need to see a difference) -Add this drink in your water for workouts. It tastes REALLY good and gives you energy for your entire workout! AND IT REALLY DOES HELP BURN FAT!

Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations. I did not notice any difference in energy or fat loss, even after regular use. The taste was also not great for me. It might work for others, but it didn’t work for my body.

Delicious stuff

I purchased this instead of my normal brand. I have carnitine deficiency. It’s more cost effective for me to buy it myself than go through insurance. This brand has sucralose in it, which can cause bloating and gas. The taste is not very good. I’m not discrediting this brand at all! It’s just not for me.

I have seen some inches come off but I feel like it gives me more energy and I feel like it stopped by cravings. Maybe it’s all mental who knows but I like the benefits of taking this. Quality is great and value for the money.
