Not bad
Bought for my Mum who has failing eye sight.The instructions are not brilliant and it is a faff to set up but she is much happier with this and no longer calls me to say the heads on the TV screen are missing lol. So..yes less buttons and easier for her not to press what she shouldn't be!Hang on to the original TV remote though (for updates on the TV).Mum has a Panasonic TV and it's about 8 years old.

Marvellous for the elderly or people with poor eyesight
My elderly mum bought a new 'smart' TV a few months ago and, apart from the fact that the TV has outsmarted all of us, the remote control is ridiculously narrow with black buttons on a black background. The result being many trips to my mum's to help her change the TV channel! I am still not quite sure how I programmed this new remote control. It took many attempts and only seemed to work when I took it to a room away from the TV. Anyway, now programmed, all is well and life is a lot less stressful.

Does not program properly
I can only program the channel up and down button. None of the other buttons can be programmed.A waste of money and a huge waste of time.No customer service number or support information

Large Remote control for disabled or poor sight
This remote learns from the remote that came with the television so does not replace a lost or broken remote. It is very easy to use having just the essential functions and has allowed an elderly person with poor mobility and severer arthritis to be able to use their TV with ease. It solved a problem and was easy for me to set up for him.

Full Programmable.I programmed Five Remotes in to this one.Three OFF buttons, Volumes Amp Remote, 5 HDMI Switches Remote, 3 Difference Devices Input selector Remote, Satellite Remote, TV Remote.Very easy instructions to follow.

bought this for my 93 year old mother as she gets confused with all the buttons on her old remote. was easy to set up and works well. nice big buttons
