5 years and still love it
Bought this cutter in 2021 and it still cuts like new. It’s durable and well made. The cutter looks nice and is easy to use.

Better than any other on the market!
I received one of these in a package along with a cork screw and a few other items for wine... years ago for a Christmas present. All the other pieces got lost or whatever.... but 18 years later the foil cutter finally broke... one of the slicer wheels fell out. It was horrible living without it! :-) I finally found a replacement and was afraid it would be a cheap imitation. It isn't, it's a wonderful cutter. It's heavy, sharp and works cleanly every single time. SO happy to have this again in my life! LOL!

IT REALLY WORKS!
We have spent much more than the price of this cutter on worthless cutters that worked for a few uses or not at all! THIS CUTTER WORKS! We have used it for several weeks and it still cuts the foil with a single turn and minimal finger pressure. My advice : BUY IT! You will save money in the long run and get a wonderful product!

I wanted to give the WMF Foil Cutter several months of use before writing a product review. I have been using it for the past eight months and the product still does an excellent job cutting foil. Easy to use with a thumb press button on the side. Works excellent cutting foil on all bottle diameters that I have tried. Sturdy construction and worth the investment.

Möchte es nicht mehr missen
Der Folienschneider ist ein ordentliches Schwergewicht. Man "hat etwas in der Hand". Die hochwertige Verarbeitung ist man von WMF ja gewohnt, aber hier kann man sie noch einmal wirklich erfühlen. Ich habe lange überlegt, bevor ich mir dieses Teil gekauft habe, denn immerhin hat es ja einen ordentlichen Preis für ein so unscheinbares Werkzeug. Ja ich sage bewusst Werkzeug, denn dieses Teil entfernt die Folie der Flasche mit einer Präzision, die man sonst mit nichts hinbekommt. Somit ist es dann doch wieder jeden cent wert und ich fragte mich, warum ich mich so lange bei jeder Flasche Wein aufs neue mit dem Messer geplakt habe, bis ich endlich über meinen geizigen Schatten gesprungen bin und dieses Teil erworben habe. Es eignet sich auch super als Geschenk für Freunde eines guten Tropfens, die sonst alles haben.
