Next Gen Surge Protector
This works great we bought it for our plotter because the electric goes out when it storms sometimes. It works very well for what we needed it to do. Very small and compact so it fit right behind the plotter well.

Tech Support Ametek Extremely Uncouth
I have one of these XG-PCS20D units out at a client, it refuses to power on, just a clicking sound. Checked and verified the outlet power and all within spec.I called Ametek Tech Support and got an irate "engineer" on the line who said they do not support this unit and cannot any help. I asked who may I be referred to for support and he could offer no advice whatsoever. It's only a $75 piece of garbage but I found I was treated horribly on the phone. Very uncouth and unfriendly from the get go, not willing to assist in the least.
