Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this book brand new and while using it on my second assignment for my coding class discovered it is missing 5 pages from the Index!!!! How is this acceptable?!? Now to spend more on a complete book—somewhere else.Sorely disappointed.

The products I purchase are of good quality in general (because I research first before I buy), BUT lately, Amazon Prime’s delivery had been acrting up, usually either delayed or lost in transit for me. What’s goin on, Amazon Prime??? We are not paying for the expensive annual fee just to have our orders hanging out there.

I'm in a medical coding course and we haven't got to this manual yet but soon. Very nice manual. Can't wait to learn what's in it.

Good coding reference, has all you need for level ll.

Cheaper than my schools bookstore. Had tabs for labeling sections of the book. 10/10 recommend this book!
