The color in person was orangey-red and not the rich red I was looking for. There was an odd sheen to it that I disliked but I also held it up next to a matte dark painted wall. The 'texture' was sparse with a few ripples here and there along with the roll which would just look like a mistake if used in a small area. Not a bad product at all just not what I needed or expected.

We use a fair bit of wall covering on movie sets. Usually if we need a small area of something in a specific period design, I design it and print it on our 24" roll printer. In this case I thought I might save some trouble as this pattern and color were reasonably close to what we were looking for.OK, first, this stuff is billed as "solid vinyl", whatever that means. What it is is paper that has been coated on the front surface with something, possibly vinyl but probably polyurethane, after printing. This in itself is a bad idea. More in a minute. The color is also not as shown but that's probably not the manufacturer's fault. It is much more orange than deep red. It is pre-pasted but good luck with that. We couldn't get it to stick to anything. As soon as it went up it came right down. We were putting this over smooth, clean clad masonite, which is what we normally use to cover walls in locations before putting up paper. It is quite easy to adhere to and we've never had any trouble. This stuff wouldn't stick. If that's what they mean by "removable" they got it right.Once the paper side got damp, as you would expect from a laminate material, the paper side expanded while the non-absorbent plastic side didn't, resulting in instant wrinkles. Since the pre-pasted adhesive didn't stick (it wouldn't stick to latex painted drywall either) we had to use our regular wallpaper paste. This got it to stick but the wrinkles were impossible to get out, regardless of rolling or rubbing, due to the differential expansion of the layers. The wrinkles were made even worse by the fact that the "vinyl" side is very shiny, light reflecting off every wrinkle. I suppose they think the coating might make it cleanable for when the kiddies draw on it with their crayons or markers or whatever it is they use these days but the effect is terrible. It was going to make a very large job for our lighting crew to make this stuff look decent so I rolled on a thin coat of wallpaper paste which, when dry, took the shine off somewhat.Fortunately I only had to do 32 square feet. If I had to put this stuff up on a whole room I'd have a stroke.

I love the design. Not to busy. I used same name brand design in master bedroom and bath. I love it. Get alot of compliments on it. I then purchased the red for accent wall in guest bedroom where I have antique furnature. Looks victorian
