It was okay
At first it wouldn't open my laptop to the reset/reboot area, but once it did, it still would not allow my password to be activated. It will still take me there and ask for a new password and when I put in the new one I want, it then says not allowed as before. It is a good product, but not good enough for my needs. Thanks for everything.

This disc is not for dummies. You need to put the lattes and pastry down and actually think a bit. It is very easy to use... if you just pay attention. I have used this to remove passwords on 5 hard drive so far. It works flawlessly!!! Sir Tanon and knows his stuff!!! I WILL be doing business with him again.
