This dating book will help encourage others as they navigate singleness. This book was excellent for those who may have been married, divorced, widowed, or have been single for many years. If you are seeking the Lord's will in finding new relationships, or if you have hurts from past relationships, or if you are healing from past mistakes and poor choices, Boundaries in Dating provides insight on how to begin dating again and how to keep from repeating those bad habits from the past.A must read!!!! Love the book and the journal!!!

I bought this because before I go on dates it'll help me out of how to respect women. I suggest reading this before you do. Highly recommend it.

Must-have book. Most helpful when read with the study guide in a group of trusted people. When reviewing in a group, sensitive issues may come up. Helpful understanding dating issues, but some details also apply well to many other relationships in life. This is a balanced book to not place blame on one person or another and holds each person accountable to their own choices. One shortcoming of the book is it does not call out and label abuse. So there are descriptions of abusive and predatory behavior but does not label them as such. It does however suggest when to stay engaged in relationship over time and when to move on.

This book has helped and continues help in our daily lifestyle and really fits our upbringing and beliefs. The many critical concerns faced today are easily supported by this book. I also was very impressed and happy with my choice due to the references to God and the bible. I was not aware of that before I purchased it but easily pleased to identify this. Very pleased with my choice and would recommend this book; also note that this book was highly recommended by many professionals with Masters Degrees. Now, I have nurtured a healthy relationship since reading this book for well over a year.

I got what I prdered on the last day of the estimated shipping time. the book ws new but was a different version than the one I thought I was getting. The photo online is of a newer verion than the one I got.

This book digs deep into the topics even the most intuitive individuals might overlook. I’m really enjoying working through the chapters with my boyfriend. We’re learning more about each other and our growth process.

Bought this book for a Friend who always seemed to pick up the losers and wind u getting hurt in the relationships by being taken advantage of. I tried to talk some sense into her, but it never worked, so I bought this book for her and she told me she actually liked it and learned a lot from it and finally realized how she was asking for trouble and what she needed to do to better herself (she had shortcomings too) and how to spot problems during dating so she would stop it before it ever went anywhere to keep repeating the old cycle she had going for years. She’s now been in a healthy relationship since reading this book for well over a year and is very happy.

This is a wonderful tool for those who are about to go into the dating world and those who have been there a while. It has great guidelines for dating. It is on a Bible based perspective. These doctors have many books on boundaries and I highly recommend ANY that would fit your situation. I am currently holding a bible study group with this book at the center. I am now married and I still learn things from this book! I wish I had known about it when I was dating. The boundaries books have enlightened me to be more confident and know where I end and the other person begins. Five stars!!
