Great way to take vitamins!

Hard to find calcium that is high enough - these work great for my teenagers, who would prefer a gummy! It's recommended teens get 1,000mg a day and these are 500 which really helps! The taste is fine. They are willing to take them, and compared to other calcium supplements that are way less mg and almost useless, even the vegan ones I was looking into for myself, this is perfect! I had to search high and low for high enough calcium for myself and only found one type, so to find a high dose calcium in a gummy for my children? Awesome! It's also by a brand I trust, I used to take their multivitamin and also their B complex for energy and weight loss before going weekday vegan, I will continue to buy this brand for my family, who is not vegan. lol It would love to see you make a version of this that is vegan, as unfortunately I don't know what the calcium comes from, but also, I see it contains both Pectin and also Gelatin, if I'm not mistaken - I bet it would be okay with just pectin. So until that time, I can't use it myself, but I'll be buying our third bottle in a few days when these run out! Arrived perfectly intact and they don't sweat like some gummies do after being open awhile

Love the product..but it was shipped this time in a pack that said perishable and the pack inside broke and liquid all over inside. Never had it shipped that way before

I hate pills so these are a great alternative. I'm not quite sure if there's enough vitamin D for me. I take vitamin D for my mood and I've been a bit more depressed than usual which is usually a sign I'm low on vitamin D. My usual vitamin D supplement has 1500 IU and this one has 1000 IU so if you're like me with that then keep that in mind. I'm still not complaining. I like the product. I may just need to find ways to get more vitamin D because it really helps me.
