Pros: Happy with the product. Product is good.hard enough for a person to rest ; soft enough to feel comfortable. I wish I had bought two of them..one for the bed, one for the sofa! Very comfortable. This was bought more for that comfort while sleeping in case of any ailment or congesion and sleeping on a flat bed would be difficult. So serves the purpose well! Cons: Took too long to ship. It still arrived as per the date that was mentioned, so no complaints. Just the right size for an average sized person. Although I have seen bigger bed wedge(longer, taller, wider and a littttle bit harder) , I guess they are priced>3000. Colour is white,...I didnt check if there were other colour options while buying....highly likely that it will get dirty very soon.a pillow cover set along with it as an additional pack or may be just one as a compliment would have been good since there is no way we would find a cover for it anywhere else.

Does & use multi purpose but mostly ortho - neck , shoulder relaxing & comfortable, Ian using it & satisfied with quality of product!

Again luks gud. Feel gud vibes u know. Baki as per its claim that it helps in pain and acid reflux toh vo toh ni feel hua. Pain rather my mom claims gets increased after using it. But I use it.

I now I have 3 pillows from them. 2 wedge and one semicircle cervical pillow. I have 2 from these for the past 5 years and they have not discolored, dented, mishapped at all! There is no deterioration either therefore the foam quality is excellent! As functionality is concerned, according to design, it does what it's designed to do and is ready to use. Bonus is that we can buy additional cases for the pillows which is well stitched and very convenient. Got my Money's Worth!

Uncomfortably soft so that you sink into it. Needs to be much firmer to be useful and ergonomic. I have used firmer versions from different brands and they serve correctly.

Using it for past 5 years, good quality

An excellent product for people who like a high raised headrest. Well made and firm pillow with a nice pillow cover. The angle of 30 degrees incline is too high, I am a Cardiac patient and it creates a compression on my heart. I would prefer a pillow with a much lower incline.
