So the other day, my feet got pinned & crushed by a X ray machine, while i was getting a xray done of my knee.. Yes i know, how tf does that happen. That 1000+LB robotic machine broke my feet, . 3 Fractures in my right foot, Left foot showed no broken bones right after it happened but I have a feeling something got worse cause it hurts so bad on left too..I have the boot on my right, so to ease the pain on the left , I got this & it helps alot! it gets the top of my foot *were I got injured * the base & the ankle which is where all my pain is. I def recommend and might get another one for my other foot. It last def longer then 30min, I'm only supposed to ice for 20 min so after 30 I'm done anways. Def recommend & would buy again. Way better then the ones that constantly fall off 🙃

If you don’t have one of these (and you need one), I can very highly recommend that you get one! I broke my ankle in 3 places and had to have surgery to Humpty Dumpty me back together again. This wrap ices my incision spot as well as both the top and bottom of my foot (which sustained a lot of internal bruising). The iciness only lasts about 20-30 minutes so I don’t have any concerns about over-icing and I don’t have to set a timer!Other great things to know about these ice packs are that they are soft and pliable so they really mold to the shape of my leg and foot without causing pain. Using other ice packs and Ace bandages was very painful and cumbersome. Oh yeah, these are very lightweight so I don’t feel like I have my foot wrapped in a block of ice. I also purchased an extra set of the ice pack inserts so I don’t have to wait for my next ice session, although I could since these packs only take a couple of hours to freeze. All in all, I love this ice pack bandage set and I really wish I had found this before I came out of my post-surgery splint. Use my experience and get yourself one! I seriously doubt you will be disappointed.

Good coverage - covers roughly half (back and sides) mid-calf and ankle, and much of foot (bottom and around).I like the QUALITY of the neoprene and the inserts, which I have used only as ice packs. Temperature about right with sock for pain and swelling relief.I am using primarily as I recover from Achilles Tendon Surgery.It is not too high/tall (covers about halfway up calf) but that is okay because I am using for ankle and lower calf.I have not tried heating the packs as I use something else.Prefer this brand. Recommend this product.

Bought this ice pack after my first surgery on all toes which included bunyon repair with hardware. This fits very nice and I did not wear this with socks. I know. It’s super cold but bearable. My toes were so swollen!Regarding bunyon area, I was not able to keep on for a long time because of nerve pain. This ice pack allowed for me to lossen the top part with no problems.Within weeks of this purchase I had to remove a plantar fibroma and also told dr to remove bunyon hardware as it was no longer needed. Now I cannot tell you how wonderful this ice pack is for the bottom of your foot! No longer so I have to bend my knee to ice the bottom of my foot! My bunyon area feels wonderful without the hardware and this ice pack covers it nicely with no pain! I would highly recommend this product!

So easy to use! Almost like the one at Physical Therapy. Highly recommend for ankle sprain, foot pain.

I'm a small framed woman and my legs are what I would consider pretty average... Not fat, not muscular, size 7 shoe. That being said, this ice pack is HUGE on me and falls off because I cannot secure it with the closures on it. The placement of the flexible ice packs is nice but not the best. I would prefer more ice that goes down the leg closer to the ankle instead of just the two packs at the top of the leg oopening. The material of the wrap is very comfortable and flexible. Overall it is a good product but in a smaller size it would be better for me, even making it more adjustable would improve the ice wrap. It really helped reduce the swelling from my planters fascitis and ankle sprain along with the pain in my calf from my Achilles injury but not the pain above my heel.

This ice pack fits nicely around my foot and ankle as I recover from foot surgery. The ice packs are small and fit perfectly in the wrapping and last about 20 or 30 minutes, which actually is just about perfect. They refreeze quickly also so you can get back to icing every hour if you want to. For size purposes, I am an adult and wear a size 9 wide women’s shoe.
