Pin is huge!!! Can see it no problem!
This sight is good!I like the ring around the outside, nice for centering in the peep. Lightweight, that’s nice. Was easy to install and sight in.I grew up In The brass pin days…I have “older” eyes now so having the large, well lit, pin is awesome.Haven’t hunted with it yet but target shooting with it is pretty good.Good buy for the money. Way cheaper than SOME OTHER brands. Been bow hunting a long time now and killed lots of whitetails. I have it fixed at twenty yards… most deer I shoot at are less than ten yards….the adjustment for me is not necessary😊Great for beginners and awesome for “older” guysSo far, I’d buy it again.

Adjustable distance one pin bow sight
First off, let me say that I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this sight. I have owned a Sight Master back in the day that was similar to this sight and remember paying over $100 for it. This sight was under $100 and the quality surpasses that of many bow sights that sell for much higher. The pin is more like a triangle blade with a fiber optic filament that runs up the back of the triangle blade and comes to a small round point that does not affect the accuracy or sight picture because your main focus is on the dot only. The level on the bottom is not an air bubble that is hard to see. Instead, it is a small needle with a round dot that is easy to see due to the stark contrast of the metal against the fluorescent green containment capsule. The nylon bushings feel very secure and there are no parts that will make any noise or come loose due to vibration. The marking tape where your yards can be marked on the front is a glow in the dark tape which makes it easily visible in day or night conditions. It comes with a small light (batteries included) in case you need to use it for night shooting, but I seriously do not see a need for this light because the light collecting filament gathers and provides enough light on the pin to be able to see in low light conditions. What I really love about the design of this sight is that there is only one pin which makes it easier to acquire your target after you draw and my groups are WAY more consistent as well as my accuracy. It is not uncommon to pull a "Robin Hood" and split arrows (so I have to make different bullseye dots on my target to avoid hitting the nocks and having my arrows go into one another). This sight is awesome and I would expect this item to be sold at double the price I bought it due to the high quality of materials and the design. I would consider buying another one if I get another bow. Two thumbs up and kudos to the person who designed this bow sight.Mike Vasquez,Albuquerque, NM

Great sight for the money with very few compromises to cost
I purchased this for my daughters Diamond Prism bow. She is 10 years old and was getting confused with a multi-pin sight, she shoots at either 10 yards or 15 yards, so this worked great for the application. The pin is super bright (.019) and would work good for most hunting applications or for a youth target shooter. My only issue is with the locking mechanism - it is pretty tight for a young girl to loosen and adjust. Trophy Ridge would do well to discard the round brass knob and use a + knob or wing nut. Keep in mind, this is not an Axcel, HHA, or CBE sight - so there are some compromises with quality for lower cost; but overall it's not a bad sight and awesome considering cost.

This is a very nice sight!
I ordered this for my son's Mission Menace compound bow.Overall the sight looks and feels very well made and solid, and is machined very smooth. The sight was very easy to install with the 2 screws provided. The windage is easy to adjust with an allen wrench. There is lots of adjustment available for both windage, and vertical (I needed it at the beginning as the Whisker Biscuit was adjusted a bit too far right). The vertical adjustment is a dream - the brass thumb screw is easily loosened and then the pointer is slid in the direction you want the arrow to go - if it's shooting a bit low at that range, slide it up a bit. You can then mark on the glow in the dark label at the back for the setting for each range. This easy, tool-less adjustment for range is very nice! I think it could be done very quickly and accurately if needed. The green fiber optic is quite bright, and they even include an LED light also, although I don't think we will need it for target shooting :)Having just the one fiber has proved to be a very good thing, it makes it quicker to acquire the target, and there's no confusion about what pin to use. I think this is better for both a younger and older archer.

No light
The sight is great..but I paid to have a light on it and it's not working.. once I opened the package there was nothing coving the batteries from staying active..so light didn't work..paid for new batteries and still the light did not work..

Simple and Just Awesome
I mounted this on a Darton Consequence (1). I'm new to archery, but not to shooting sports. I started with a 3 pin sight, but struggled to get elevation properly sighted and keep sight-to-target alignment. This is much better and the slider makes for easy elevation adjustments. right out of the box, the slider was difficult to move, but I put a small amount of grease on it with a toothpick and now it's flawless. The pin diameter might be a little too big if you're shooting beyond 60yds, but I find that it's great for what I do.A little research on the internet indicated that HHA EZ tapes would work for this since I couldn't find any from Trophy Ridge. Can confirm, the HHA tapes work. I sighted at 20, 30, and 40 yds; marked on the slider with a dry erase marker for each distance, then applied the appropriate tape. if you don't wan to use the tapes, the slider has a very visible glowing tape that you could mark yourself or maybe use a label maker? The HHA tapes are less than $20 and worth the effort though.
