This machine is good for anyone wanting a smaller washer.it will not perform miracles,it is a simple machine,easy to use,and does the job well.we bought this because it is a top loader,with SEPERATE COLD AND HOT WATER CONNECTIONS,NOT A FLIMSY FAUCET ADAPTER,this is REALLY important.also a front loader has a lot of mold issues around the door gasket,etc,and is a constant problem.this machine the clothes wave through lots of water,getting them really clean,if not overloaded.another plus is it is counter height and counter depth,so it can go in the kitchen without major modifications.we use as an extra washer for small delicate items or to soak wool items in cold water,which can then be extracted by spinning

I made this purchase and was super excited because it came early. Well let me say this I’d preferred them take their damn time than to just drop this off like this. Box all messed up and I still gave it the benefit of the doubt only to open it and my bby is beat bent and bruised. My first thought was I should’ve sent it back the instant I noticed rips on my box period(when UPS was at my door). I work hard like others doing heavy lifting so I try to be mindful and considerate of that with others but no never again do I want anything looking like this. Long story short they come the next day to pick it back up and I was told I would do a return and replacement, only for me to find out the day after they picked it up, it will only be a return and a refund smfh!!! It’s like what no one is understanding right now especially Amazon/customer service is it’s not about the money I really need my portable washer in brand new condition travelers experience to its new home with me and that it not a washer I’m instantly feeling has been through a lot. Now I don’t know what UPS did but someone needs to be held accountable for that machine being sent to me like that. Like seriously what has the world come to that a person even have go through buying something so serious and it’s not handled as such. If people don’t want to do delivery or just can’t please stop cause most people that order things to be delivered need there things in tac. I’m sooooooooo super pissed 😤 cause now I have to wait on the whole process over again and just everything because I literally just want this one 😩 I ain’t gone lie after this one I’m taking a nice lil break from Amazon online shopping. Also after this review I will be reaching back with UPS because I shouldn’t have to go through this. I even purchase the insurance so I was looking forward to having my new lil bby for my lil small apartment space. This just made me feel like everyone needs to hear my mouth respectfully!!!
