Tarp and Winch Motor REVERSING SOLENOID - 6 Terminals - 12V DC Contactor Switch

I have a large 43' Class A RV with a huge slide and 4-point hydraulic leveling system and my reversing solenoid on my Lippert system failed. According to specs, I needed a #118246 reversing solenoid 214-1231-A61-06 with a 5-min max on time. The parts I received only had a 2-min max on time. This part lists 5-mins at 75A and that's what I needed. After install, it worked great and the price cannot be beat. I bought a second spare just in case so I'm not left hanging and the combination of the two is half the price of what you can find here and 1/4 the price you can find at Lippert or at etrailer.

This was the exact replacement for my tri-axle dump truck reversing solenoid. Works like a charm!!

It came on time and it worked perfectly

I used this to operate a slide out step outside my RV with some remote switches and it worked like a charm. All the electrical current for driving the motor on the step ran through the original switch. I wanted to add a couple switches elsewhere in the RV for convenience but didnt want to run heavy guage wire everywhere and couldn't find 3-way and 4-way switches that would handle the current so this was my solution. I kept the high current where it was and the remote switches activate the relay. Easy peasy.

I missed that it takes 75 amps to make it work. I am keeping it in hope of needing it for future use.

Bought this for installing an electric slide out in replacement of the hydraulic one. The Lippwrt one was 130.00, bought this one for a fraction of the price and it works great. Good investment.

To open and close the rear window in my Travelall. Worked great for about six cycles and quit, never to wor again.
