Printmaking Techniques on Glass [Perfect Paperback] Jody Danner Walker Perfect Paperback – January 7, 2012

I have fused glass for several years but just recently started incorporating various printing methods. This book gave me a lot of terrific ideas for ways to bring printing into my work. Written clearly, supplies listed, instructions easy to follow and not too wordy, with extra suggestions and thoughts for future work. I was hesitant to buy this book, thinking I already knew a lot about glass fusing, but this is going to help me take my work in very interesting directions.

The book is rather padded with duplicate sets of instructions for completing a type of print, and only making one minor change between them; i.e. the type of ink. The illustrations are good though, and since it is the only book I have found with detailed instructions specific to printing on glass, It is worth the the purchase.

I took a printmaking class this summer and was hooked on the art - but I work in glass so this book is the right one for me to see if I can incorporate it into my work. Cannot wait to try our the techniques described. Seems to only use one brand of glass powder medium though - would have likes some options.

This book explains many different techniques on how to add images to fused glass projects. She goes into good detail on supplies and execution with a lot of illustrations and pictures.

This is an excellent book with great information. It is practical & easy to incorporate. It has excellent illustrations & the fusing schedules are easy to follow. It has information that would be helpful to any fused glass artist. Can't wait to try all the techniques discussed.

Not what I expected. I had expected it would have information on printmaking techniques with Fused Glass. It did not.

Very good book with very much information. I love her writing-style and I learned a lot!
