This rack is not high quality. I bought it because the reviews overall were good but it's not anywhere near as sturdy as others I have. The one other rack I have that's of a cheaper quality had a weld failure and I lost a whole pan of shepherd's pie all over the floor when the pan rail let go. Also, this arrived without the proper screws and my facilities guy had to go buy the right ones so an added expense and time wasted. I'll not be using this to hold anything of any weight. Probably ok for trays of cookies and such. For $160 I expected a little better.

Terrible instructions..the bottom closed part should be with the caster wheels - INSTRUCTION FAILS TO TELL US THIS - all they had to do was care a little bit about the user .. but NO.. Terrible instructions - no phone number.

I love to bake cookies and when I get going I bake dozens of them and give them as gifts. I also bake loads of dog cookies. So this cart is a great cooling tool. It holds full sized sheet trays or two hald trays per shelf. The wheels are super smooth gliders. We had these carts at the kitchen where I worked, but mine will stay nicer for a much longer time!

Well put together and very sturdy. No wobbles or sharp corners. Wish I had a use for more!

Easy to assemble (exactly the same as similar racks if you have built one before). All required tools are included and the two locking casters are great for keeping the assembled rack where you want it. Would buy again.

This is my third bakery rack. I assembled it correctly. But It’s not holding the trays with products properly. Wanted to return it but customer service want to compensate $35 and I can leave it. I agreed. I hope this rack will serve me several years, but still need to think what to do with trays. Probably just need to return and buy from another seller.

Very few parts which made assembly incredibly easy. I read reviews about sturdiness issues. I am guessing they did not tighten bolts all the way. Once the bolts are tightened, the rack is extremely sturdy. The large trays I got with it (sold separately) fit in the slots perfectly. The wheels feel high quality. They have a rubberized surface, pivot easily, have two locking wheels, and are very sturdy.

I actually use this to store my elastic, zippers, and pre-cut fabric for my next collection on. I didn't put the wheels on and set them on top of a table. I have 2 racks side-by-side. It is organized and perfect!
