Q: Is the material of the lenses plastic or glass?

Plastic I think The advantage of Eyejusters over other adjustable glasses is the adjustable lense is sealead between two other lenses The material is highquality so no scratches and no internal dirs

Q: I have a little trouble reading signs at a distance while driving. Will/can these sharpen distance visions?

Eye adjusters are amping the best adjustable over the counter reading glasses notice READING glasses. OTC distance glasses are virtually unknown in the USA

Q: How much for these in prescription form if any??

I he Jed and prescription I believe is not available but why need a prescription when you adjust the focal length your self. They work as good as prescription but the good thing is that you can change your vision under different conditions. The problem I have found is that they only go to 4 diopter and sometimes I need a 5 or 6 and I also find that adjustable can not adjust lenses to eye distance and I find that I can see more clear if I distance the lenses further from my eye. I place a small eye pad to further the distance for better vision I only wish they would make them more of a quality but eye adjusters is better than most
