This would swallow him and probably be to big for him. I believe it's one size fits all. I'm 6'1" 235lbs and it fits good. It's not tight at all and the length is down to my knees. The material is awesome and very soft.

I don't know about your waist size. But I'm 5'9 and 190 with a 32 waist. It fit me. It's a costume, so if it doesn't fit correctly that's even more hilarious.
