Bought beginning of pandemic as shop towels. Still have 2 boxes left. Decent absorption and quality. The box dispensing mechanism isn't very goof in my opinion. But I technically have a degree in something so I was able to improvise; I cut the top off.I also like that they're blue. Unimportant to the current point, but impressive to smurfs. 😬

For the thickness and strength of these hand towels, I'm surprised that they don't feel rough on my hands. And the pop-up box is much more convenient than using rolls. I really like these.

Very useful and sturdy product. I like the texture.

There is no way these are industrial towels. They rip and tear when dry or wet. They do no not remain in tact even under the least bit of handling. The slightest use causes the towels to tear/rip in multiple areas even when doubled folded. If this happens when wiping a damp residential countertop, I can only imagine how shredded they are when used industrially. Horrendously cheap, ineffective, and unsanitary.

We love these towels. But, last 3 times we have ordered, we have received one box instead of a case of ten, and charged for a case. I now have 3 boxes to return and attempt to get the right quantity again.
