I love Pura Vida bracelets. I've worn them for years. Yes, they're just made of string. Yes, they burn the ends and the knots to melt them so they don't come undone. But I really love how they look and feel and the money goes to a good cause. They're very durable bracelets, too. They do come coated in wax, which makes them a bit sticky at first, but that washes off after a couple of showers. After that, they're very soft string.I bought this one to replace the very first one I bought a few years ago. That's how long it's lasted. The only thing I don't like about the design is that the logo tag slowly cuts through the adjustment string it's on and eventually breaks it. They'd last forever if it weren't for the tag. But it does take a couple years of constant wear for this to happen.
