V700D Electrostatic, Dual Driver Hi Res, Deep bass Over-Ear HiFi Headphone with Microphone, Red Color

My Voza V700D was delivered today. Huge disappointment! First off they feel cheap. All cheap feeling plastic. Build quality is just not there. Fit was OK and did cover the ear. Sound, well I expected to be blown away. Average sounding at best. I am sitting here listening through a pair of Amazon basics over-the-ear headphones using the Voza headphone amp (which is fantastic by the way) and the sound is blowing my mind. The Voza V700D did not even come close (even with the Voza headphone amp) to sounding great. Quality of the cable was good but the overall quality of the headphones is reason in it self to return the headphones which I am in the process of.

I tried to use those head phones on different things.Phones ,computer , home entertainment Sound quietly reproduction not bad. It was lacking bass and mids and the lack punch

I don’t know how these received the hi-res audio certification. I have several other pairs of headphones, earphones, pods, cans, etc. While yes they do actually have an electrostatic driver it’s more static than anything else. I disconnected the main driver and the electrostatic portion was no better than the piezo tweeter discs you’d find in a boombox stating “two-way speakers”. If anything it might have been worse. Luckily I didn’t pay full price for these. Would not recommend.
