Ultra Perfect+ Table Top 2 Liter Wet Grinder with Atta Kneader & Digital Timer, 110-volt

Product is very good and u can grind more batter compared to ultra plus. I liked the timer and easy to clean.

Appliance worked well for about 8 months, after which the motor started making a very loud noise and is completely unusable. When I approached the customer support in California, they wanted me to check with Amazon, and then was asked to approach the Illinois center and finally out of luck. There's no one you can turn to, if the machine stops working. If all stars align and you get lucky, you might have a working machine.

unfortunately this machine stopped grinding on month 14 just right outside of the one year warranty. at this price point I would hope to see the machine last much much longer but unfortunately that was not the case.

We use this to grind batter for Dosa and Idli. This grinder is so easy to use. Very easy to clean and store as well. The size is perfect for a family of 4. It easily grinds 2 cups of urad dal in a single batch unlike the smaller size where more than 1 cup with generous amount of water would not fit. I have been using this grinder for a long time and still works Like new. Very glad this item is available for purchase on amazon. Thank you, amazon!

The product is awesome. Best for Indian cooking .

Easy to use; authentic taste

It is an overheating monster. I have put it up on blocks so it gets more air, but the air ducts are tiny and this overheats within minutes. It has to be turned off, allowed to cool and try again. Not impressed with this product at all. Will likely give it to Charity and buy from a different manufacturer. Also almost NO instructions, nothing to find error codes, etc. I would send it back, but the shipping is too expensive.
