I'm only giving 4 stars because of the bulkiness of these socks. For lack of a better term they are more like booties. The other thing that bothers me is the thick seam that is serged around the ankle. I believe the thread to be a bit itchy there so I have to wear them inside out. That probably wouldn't be a big deal, but most people buying these socks do so because of contact allergies. I believe the company should switch to 100% cotton thread for the construction, as I'm pretty sure its some kind of polyester blend.

I got these for my son who might have a slight latex allergy. He's struggled with eczema his whole life and has found great relief using Dr Aron but he still has a bit of eczema on his feet. I thought getting these socks would let his feet heal if latex was the trigger for the eczema....but my son won't wear them. They fit horrible, look weird and in his words...."I'd rather have the eczema". He's a teenager so getting him to wear these has been impossible. I don't blame the company, I can imagine making socks with no elastic is not easy. Fashion vs function with these and at this point, fashion is winning.

I absolutely love these socks but use them exclusively as house slippers. The cotton is soft and very comfortable. They're a bit bulky (particularly around the ankles) to wear as shoe socks (IMO). They do run small. I wear a 8.5-9 size shoe . . . not large in anyone's book but I need to buy size Large in these (and they fit perfectly). My only complaint is since I wear them around the house (carpet & wood floors), the bottom of the sock wears far to quickly producing holes. Now this may be because of my use but it still seems the wear is prematurely quick. I wish the company would produce this same sock but with a non-skid bottom that would possibly wear better. Again, my main complaint is probably for wear they weren't originally intended for.

I like the idea of organic cotton socks, my skin is sensitive. These have seams around the foot and are bulky, They will not fit in any of my shoes. But they are perfect for putting oils on my feet and sleeping in. They do fit inside my crocs for around the house. I am glad I purchased for that reason and will look for other latex free socks. I have a latex allergy and it is hard to find any sock without latex.

I was looking for 100% organic cotton socks and found these. Not really socks but more like a light slipper or pajama foot with a seam around the sole. Plenty big for me and I am a size 9.5 women's. A little loose, just one thickness of fabric like a sock, comfy and I really chose them because they are organic cotton. I plan to buy more.

First of all, these are not "tube socks" as Amazon says. They are unisex cotton booties. And they are fabulous! I have psoriasis on the soles of my feet and find most other socks to be a bit irritating. These are 100% organic cotton. I wear a woman's size 7 1/2 shoe and by these in the small size, which are a little tight at first but I just pull on the ends and then they fit fine. I have bought them from Cottonique in the slightly larger size and they were just too large. They are a much better deal on Amazon, as Cottonique sells the black and grey for the same price but only one pair. Oh, and these are slightly thicker than normal cotton socks so they might not be comfortable in shoes. If you have any allergies to synthetic fibers you will love these socks.

I have to have latex and rubber free socks. There isn't much choice out there, however I'm really happy I found these. These socks are comfortable and my feet are not on fire when I wear them. That part is awesome. The reason I only gave a four star rating is that I wish the seams could be smaller and there is a large tag on the inside of the sock.

Good booties for around the house, but they don't fit well with shoes because of the seems. My apartment has Berber carpet which is rough on the feet so I have to were socks all the time. Instead of slippers I were these sox at home. I find them more comfortable to were inside out. No tight elastic so they don't cut off circulation at the ankles. They do were out fast and are expensive. I were a men's size 10 shoes the sock size large fits good. Conclusion: Great socks to were around the house instead of slippers.

These socks are so sloppy fitting and only good for wearing socks around the house. Impossible to wear in a shoe or boot because of too much excess fabric plus uncomfortable seams. I am very sad that due to circumstances I missed sending them back for a refund!

Very comfortable. No itch now. I will buy again.
