I think it was made in the USA. I cut out the label when I got it, because I don't like loose labels. I find them uncomfortable.

Q: Would this be good for a chara cosplay from undertale? i could paint the stripe on. would it be a good pick?

Not sure about painting on it. I sewed buttons on mine and made it into sa snowman's face. The quality of the shirt is excellent, though.

I got one for the same exact reason. I'd definitely go with a small tho. I'm 5'4" and 120lbs and it was a bit baggy width wise but about right height wise. I'm pretty sure they're men's sizes. It's pretty cozy tho and fabric paint sticks well.

Q: is the white a true, dazzling white?

I'm sorry, I didn't buy the white, so I'm not sure. I will tell you that the 3 I bought were all different colors and were bright and true colors. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a white one.
