Amazing! Much better than other seller's products
I bought the same product from a different seller. I was very disappointed. I figured pretty quickly it was a fraud so I sent it back. I ended up buying this one even though it was roughly $100 more. The touchscreen works great! I have a Surface Pen as well. It lags occasionally. I'm not sure if it's the pen or this device, I'm still trying to troubleshoot. I did have to do a lot of updates to get the device caught up but it works amazingly. I love using it either as a tablet or as a computer with my keyboard attached (keyboard and pen sold separately). The user settings are easy to use. Battery life is great. Definitely worth the money spent.

Good product, light and fast
This is a pretty good 2-in-1 PC. I got the Pro 6 instead of the Surface Pro 7 for the battery life. So far, it has worked very well. It's very smooth, the screen is good and the sound quality is pretty good. It was easy to set up and it downloaded a bunch of updates. I love it that I can detach it from the Type Cover keyboard and use it as a tablet. It's pretty light even with the Type Cover keyboard attached. The battery lige has been good so far. However, the charger indicator does not change color so I can't tell when the battery is fully charged. All in all, I am satisfied with this PC. Touchscreen on a PC is simply wonderful.

No more Dell or HP laptops
I have always considered laptops as disposable. If they start to give the kids a problem at college, just get another one. Don't have time to wait for a repair. Well, the laptops have become so unreliable that they don't even last a year anymore. Done with them. 3 of my kids now have these Surface Pros and they all love them. They are not put together with the cheapest components so they do cost more. However, they are designed to work together, manage heat well and last.If you do art, choose Apple. If you do engineering and spreadsheets, choose a Surface Pro.The oldest one we have is 3 years old and still works perfect. These are light and thin so they fit in the backpack well.Very happy with this product.

A solid laptop replacement
For perspective on this review, I've been a Mac user since college, which for me is half a lifetime. My motivation in getting a Surface is pretty simple: I wanted a tablet for my "casual" usage around the house, but I still require full "normal PC" functionality, including the need to put the device into "desktop" mode. I didn't want to have to own two separate devices, and as Apple has made very clear, they are never going to offer a convertible. Even the new iPad-specific iOS version is not going to provide a true PC-like experience, nor the capacity to attach an external display. For those reasons I decided to go ahead and make the switch. Another weird side note: professionally I am a .NET systems architect, so I use Windows at work all day every day, and live in a very Microsoft world. So I'm used to using Windows, yet have never really liked it for my personal use, at home. With all that as background, I really don't have anything but praise for the Surface Pro. I don't quite understand what all the detractors are on about, honestly. It works great -- performance is excellent, as is the design and build quality. It switches very nicely to desktop mode, and works very well as a laptop replacement. The display quality, in particular, is excellent -- better than my 2016-era MacBook Pro. There are a few frustrations, of course: it's Windows OS, so that in and of itself comes along with a list of complaints. But those are all workable, and these days the OS honestly doesn't matter all that much. Windows 10 can be configured to stay pretty-much out of your way, and for me, I never really even notice what OS I'm using, any more. The iteration I purchased is the i5/8GB RAM/256GB SDD. Even as a developer and as someone who dabbles in some higher-performance photo/graphics editing, that model delivers all the performance I need -- even while driving a quad HD external monitor. The device is totally fanless, so there is absolutely no noise at all from it, which is something I really appreciate a lot. I had previously tried to switch to one of Lenovo's convertible tablets, and the fan noise drove me half crazy -- I couldn't do it, and sold the device within a week; went back to my MacBook. This time I do believe the switch is permanent. And as to that, I have to say that I don't know what Apple could possibly be thinking by not offering a convertible tablet. They've lost a lifelong customer in their stubbornness, and I doubt I'm the only one. Microsoft really has a winner on their hands with the Surface Pro. So far I really like it.I'm giving the Surface Pro 4 instead of 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement. As many other reviewers have pointed-out, it's really not acceptable in 2019 to offer a device with a single, standard USB 3.0 port, and no USB C. This doesn't impact me, personally, too much, but it's still a serious drawback, generally, and I get why people are upset by it. There are also some perplexing and truly frustrating oddities in terms of switching between tablet versus desktop mode in Windows 10. For me, I don't even really see the point of having the two modes at all.Overall, though, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Surface to just about anyone.

the best bargain for high quality PC
This a refurbished surface pro 6. The pc came in almost new condition. The keyboard was either new or the best refurbishment I have ever seen. the power supply is in the same state. The tablet part of the pc had minor wear on the back of the tablet, but the screen was like new.The pc works perfect. This purchase is the best bargain of my life!!!

Artist Review, love it.
Excelent product, if you are an artist, this is great for art, it replaced my wacom intuos, it is excelent for drawing in programs like clip studio and more demanding like photoshop, 8 gb ram makes it perfect to open multiple tabs for reference.Line jitter is a thing, some lines will be wrong from time to time, but believe me, its not bad at all, it is excelent for sketchs and final refined products.

I can't even describe how much regret I have for purchasing this problematic unreliable computer
The media could not be loaded. I bought this computer to use its pen and touchscreen to take notes. After two years of use with extensive care, its touchscreen stops working and occasionally makes phantom touches. A rectangular chunk of the screen at the top is entirely numb to any communication, including finger and pen.I initially loved this computer and recommended it to everyone I knew when they asked if I liked it. Now I am telling them the opposite. The warranty does not cover anything after a year. Please stay away from it. This computer has one significant advantage, which is taking notes with ease over its competitors, and that's its most unreliable feature as well. I want to pull my hair every time I see it doesn't recognize the touch on that part of the screen.
