We absolutely love this gluten free gnocchi. First of all no one would know it was gluten free. Second it cooks fast and you can add so many different things to it. Try sautéed onion and bacon....

Yum! First time trying this brand and we like it. Great meal staple.

The package is perfect for one or two and the taste and texture are wonderful. I toss with Costco pesto and add some freshly ground pepper and pine nuts.
