The only Flour for biscuits.
I was very glad to be able to purchase this flour from Amazon as living in Missouri it is not available in my city, to far north and west. I also found a recipe from a young lady on tik tok, with just 3 ingredients, frozen butter, buttermilk and While Lily Self Rising Flour. these are the best biscuits I have ever had. No more bisquick for this guy. And really it does not take that long to make them. A little work but is well worth if for the way they taste.

I'm a raised up in the West, Southern gal. Must have my biscuits and White lily flour is essential. Very HARD to come by since covid, ugh. So gotta purchase it to be shipped across country (sadly have to pay WAY more than I should) but it is what it is. This is my first order from this vendor. Never received it unboxed But it was wrapped tightly in shipping bags and came thru very well. I would recommend them. No leakage

The Price is WRONG!!!
I Love this brand of flour, it’s light and taste great, also easy to use. Great shelf life. It’s a great value in the quality of the flour, but too PRICEY!

Metallic aftertaste
I am not from the South, so I never developed a taste for this. But I am an avid baker and thought I’d try this to see what the fuss was about. What I found after making biscuits with this flour is that they were very crumbly and had a metallic aftertaste. I’ve made the same biscuits dozens of times using King Arthur all purpose flour and they are sublime. The same metallic taste came through when I made a vanilla cake. I can’t recommend this.
