It's good and warm and very comfortable. Suitable for men who are overweight and health suffers due to bloating and stuff. The thermal fits properly on the stomach and is warm. Good for senior citizens from their health point of view especially in winters

The quality of the thermals are not as comfortable as advertised. Thermals from bodycare are much better in comparison.
