Great to use when sitting down.

A really good addition when you’re doing Pilates or yoga.

This has been so useful - I sit on it at my desk flat side up and it’s a rocker - great for my back - I haven’t got an office style chair. I use it either way up under my feet either sitting or standing (standing is best) and I can exercise feet, toes and ankles. Can also use it during exercise sessions under back, neck, knees etc for extra support or challenge. For the money its a really great bit of equipment. It is also good quality. Why 4 stars then? Just wish it could be made of something more eco-friendly.

Great value product for strength work on calves, reducing the shin splints when running. For months shin splints would cripple me for days after running but using daily and before/after runs this has made the pain go away.I mainly use the flat edge under my foot and stretch my calves that way, but also like to use it long ways, flat side down to balance on one foot.I use to use the bottom step of the stairs!I use this barefoot, and initially it left a slippery residue on my soles but that has now gone.

Good product shame it split in two only after one use.

Tight calves and calf strain sorted!A really good product that sorted my calf strain rather than a foam roller.Highly recommended.

Only problem is my kids think it a toy and it keeps disappearing. It’s great for stretching out calves wherever you’re standing rather than having to take myself off to the bottom stair.

I’m using this for balance for plantar fasciitis recovery. It’s good to use as a rocker with the downward to do calf strengthening. It’s good to use with the dome up to balance and do heel raises on. It’s tactile and feels nice on the sole of the foot. I woujd also use it to balance on doing bridges.There is a plantar Faciitis recovery kit available in cork that is very expensive. So I have made my own kit using this and other components.If I recover from this terrible issue, I can see myself continuing to use this for yoga and Pilates.

I use the product upside down because I am in a wheelchair. It works fine for me except I have to brace it against a wall so I can’t do anything else while using it.

I use something similar to this in PT 2x a week for ankle exercise and stretches due to a bilateral ankle injury. There's is longer but other than that this is the same and works just as good. It is durable, even though my cat started using it as a scratching post 🙄, doesn't get dirty easy. It works great for the exercises and stretches I need. I expected it to cost more and I think its a decent price

30CM HALF ROLLER APPEARS GOOD QUALITY, IS EVA FOAM AND NOT GENERIC PACKAGING. HAS PROPER BRANDING. HOWEVER CORNERS WERE DAMAGED... NO RESOLUTION OR FOLLOW UP FROM SELLER.... POOR.

Permette di eseguire numerosi esercizi ma non tutto è positivo. Il materiale plastico fa poco attrito e mi è capitato più volte che, una volta fatta pressione con il peso del corpo, il roller scivolasse improvvisamente fuori da sotto il piede mettendomi a rischio di cadere. La misura e la forma non mi pare adatta a tutti i tipi di piede.
