Is it good for lower back pain ?

Yes it will help . This is just a suggestion before you apply this ointment put a wash cloth in warm water, squeeze out the water and hold the warn cloth on where the pain is doing this will open the pores. Dry your skin and apply the ointment this ointment has a very warm sensation on the skin which would help to control the pain. I use this ointment because I suffer with lower back pain. If you have pain in your joints this ointment will also help. If you can, use it three times a day.

Hello how effective is it, does it loosen stif neck ?

Gives 3-4 hours relief like painkillers. Starts off warm heat at first but not as hot as deep heat etc. Then it cools. I have found it to be great relief so I get some sleep in of a nighttime especially , or a good start to my day. I use it on my feet, neck, shoulders. Great product in my opinion. I regularly buy this one.
