No... it is the stainless steel, key chain version of the No 02. If you expand the product pictures, you can see it says No 02 on the metal collar between the blade and the wooden handle. The No 02 has a blade length of 3.5cm, the No 03, the next model up, has a slightly larger blade of 4cm. Other than having the key chain attached it is exactly the same knife as the standard stainless steel Opinel No 02. :-)
