Historic Lynchburg Jalapeno Ketchup
Excellent taste a bit less spicy than some other jalapeno ketchup I bought here on Amazon - maybe better as a gift to someone based on the familiar style of the bottle and the label and the price.

It’s delicious!!!
We found this when we were out of town @ a country store. I was happily to find it!

Taste
Of course, the review of a food product is subject to taste. I really liked the flavor of this one. It shipped and arrived promptly, undamaged (reasonably packed) and was as delicious as when I had tried it previously. Thank you.

Great Taste
Great flavor. Just hot enough. A little pricey.

Ketchup that's not boring!
Probably the best ketchup I've ever had. There's not a really pronounced jalapeno flavor, it's mostly tomato-y, but there is the subtle heat from the jalapenos, and you can definitely taste the flavor of the whiskey (even though it's 0-proof, don't worry). If you're used to putting ketchup on stuff, you'll easily enjoy this specialty ketchup in its place on all that food. I've used it on everything from hash browns to hot dogs and everything in between. I'm starting to run a bit low, so it'll be time to buy more soon!

Enjoying the spicy unique flavor of this product
This is the second time I have bought this product. While it is a 'ketchup' and I do like the taste of it on hotdogs, my favorite use of this whiskey jalapeno ketchup is as a type of cocktail sauce to dip fried shrimp into. While the flavorful taste does have a spicy bite to it, the bite is not so strong as to over shadow the unique combination of spices in the ketchup. This upcoming grilling season I am going to try it out as both a pre and post marinade on hamburgers. My only wish is that I could fine it some of the grocery stores near my home.

Not your average katsup
Good taste and a little kick.

Worth it....just order a couple because sometimes it's not available
A wee bit pricey, but a bottle tends to last me a while, and I consider it well worthwhile! Has a bit of kick but not so much as to destroy the flavor of the food it's paired with. Hash browns? Eggs? Tater tots? All very sad without the Lynchburg, but really a treat with it. I've tried many different 'spicy ketchups' and to me this one is the best.
