Ball Animal Origin Upright Vacuum

I couldn't be happier with this vacuum! I've wanted one for a long time. I actually used one that belonged to a friend of mine years ago, when I was helping her to get her house clean and I fell in love with it...until I saw the price. So I thought, surely there are vacuums similar for cheaper. And I spent more than I could afford trying to find one. Only to be met with constant disappointment time and time again. I finally broke down and saved enough money to buy this one, and I'm so happy I did. Having tried so many others, I can honestly say it's well worth the price. I find it easy to maneuver. It's suction can't be beat. And of course, there will be trade offs with such a strong suction, it will be hard to push at times. I was shocked at how after the first use, it fluffed up my carpet and brought it back to life. I haven't found another vacuum that even comes close to its high performance.

Amazing product, design is perfect and so easy to use! Picks up anything first pass! Pet Hair kids mess dust dirt grass clippings you name it I live in the country and this is awesome to keep my floors clean. No more going over and over an area! My first Dyson lasted 12 years - it actually still works. I just wanted a new one lol.. Same or close to same model.

The packaging was exceptional. Put together instructions not real clear. It's kind of clunky and it's not easy to push Picks up dirt well Don't like having to step on the head to lower vacumn to push and when it lowers it makes a cracking noise

Buying this as a replacement for a Dyson DC14 we used for 15+ years. Easy to setup and works great, especially on hard floors. Works well on carpet too; however, it seems to need a lot of muscle power to push :-) Like others have mentioned, there is a provision for a tool holder on the side of the machine but was not in the package. Called Dyson Customer Service and was told that they are aware of the issue, and that the part is currently not available, asked me to call back in two weeks. They also assured me that once I register the product with Dyson, they will provide the part at no cost to me (even though the 30-day Amazon return window would have closed).

This is our 3rd Dyson Ball Animal vacuum - 1st one lasted several years before the power head quit, but still within the warranty. Unfortunately, this was during covid lockdown and Dyson was not able to supply the parts. Purchased a new one at Kohl's in 2020, worked fine. Recently discovered that the main hose from the motor had several age cracks, so it was losing suction. Purchased a new one here on Amazon, during assembly saw that it was missing one of the tools and the onboard tool mount. Registered the device at Dyson, then called to get the missing pieces. After sending in the Amazon receipt, Dyson informed me they would not be warrantying the device since it came from Amazon. Buyer Beware! This is the last Dyson I intend to purchase - I'm cannabilizing the other 2 older units for all the parts I can so I don't have to deal with Dyson again!

Great! Very satisfied. Powerful and relatively lightweight. Had another one the same for 3 years. Now this one feels like a breath of fresh air. Works easier and easy to release the dust at the end .

Sent it back it was so hard to push on the carpet

IT has a huge amount opf vacuum. Pull dirt and other goodies out of my carpet after using older Dyson vac. And is quieter than the older one
