Krylon Industrial Wheeled Marking Wand, 34 in.

I have one of these that is 23 years old, used heavily nearly daily, and still functions flawlessly. Just bought this new one for a co-worker and the quality appears the same (we have 6 or 7 around our crews, never any issues). When you pull the trigger it pushes on the side of the paint can tip, which is the way marking paint cans usually work. This does not pull up on the tip, which is the way most striping paint cans work. Make sure this "push on the side" style is what you need, it is hard to tell what you need based on descriptions, hence why I am reviewing to clarify for potential buyers to save you a mistake by buying the wrong style.

For the price this wand is amazing. Great for locating and feels very sturdy. Accidentally ran over by a 5 ton boring machine. Put the stick in a vice grip, and bent it right back to how it was. Works perfectly fine still. You would never believe it was flat as a pancake. 10/10

This little thing (along with striping paint) saved us hundreds of dollars by doing it ourselves. Just pop the can in and invert, pull the trigger and spray. We also used our own templates using large appliance boxes. So easy to use and the results were great. Highly recommend!

Works great, but needs to be a bit longer. You may consider finding a different one if you are 6’ or taller and using everyday. Adjustable handle would have gotten 5 stars.

This is the one I like. I dont know of a better made spray wand for spraying marking paint. As with other brands I have used, this wand is not made for some or all "striping" paint rattle-cans as they activate by means of the spray tip being plunged straight down into the can. Marking paint activates by pushing/ leaning spray tip sideways, and this unit does that well. I bought a second wand after receiving the 1st unit.... I was hesitant because of the low price.

It's okay, sometimes you have to add a lil to the part that actually makes contact with the spray nozzle for it to work

There are a number of comments that this doesn't work with Krylon marker paint cans but it does. Not sure why the confusion, but the attached photo shows how the can is inserted so the trigger wire pushed the spray nozzle to the side causing the paint to spray correctly. The wheel just pushes into the slot at the end of the wand. I do agree that Krylon should have included some type of instruction sheet as not everyone who purchases this will be mechanically inclined.

Purchased on May 27th and finally got two days of dry weather in a row to begin stripping. Evaluation: 1. NO instructions in the package. Seems pretty intuitive. Except it doesn't work. Didn't get 1 inch of spray with this sprayer. 2. RustOleum inverted spray can doesn't work with Krylon K07096 Hand Held Marking Applicator Wand 3. RustOleum cans have a nozzle that must be pushed toward the top of the can. The Krylon K07096 Hand Held Marking Applicator Wand push's paint can nozzle sideways. That doesn't work. Again - NO instructions 4. Please remove "Made In USA" from product. It's Embarrassing !! And this is Amazon Recommended! 5. It will make a Great Play Toy for my 3 year old. All kinds of neat ideas as to what the tool is for a child. 6. Useless paint. Now a Hazard storage problem until the cans dry up. 7. Actual user, not an employee of the Krylon K07096 Hand Held Marking Applicator Wand company. 8. Great as a Kid Toy. Useless as a Stripper. Amazon doesn't sell Krylon brand stripping paint.
