Dissolves kidney stones.
Kidney stones are very painful, I took two KDIR every 15 minutes until pain eased, then took 10 capsules a day until kidney stones were passed. Amazing product! I still take 6 KDIR daily for maintenance.

Packaging has changed and dosage has been reduced but it works well for the water retention. Would recommend.

I would not order this from Amazon. KDIR is a good brand but order it from manufacturer. The dosage is half of what it is supposed to be.
