Q: Why is the shipping cost more than the product? May I give you my first born in lieu of shipping?

Shipping isn't free. It costs for someone to package the product, take it to the shipper, then the shipper processes it and ships it using vehicles and paid employees who eventually bring it to your door. If you don't want to pay for shipping either drive there and pick it up yourself or find a place locally.

Q: I need to know ingredients, but don't find them listed. Please advise?

There is a photo on their page, Amazons, that states all ingredients...not great.

Q: will these fit in your pocket?

NO - not unless it is a large pocket - these are 'normal' donut size. Odd question!
