These dog training pet sprayers are actually water guns. The idea is that a person can make a mix of water and vinegar and place the liquid in the tank that fits into the handle, and then can spray dogs that are coming too close with this vinegar water to repel the dogs in a safe way. I like that there are two water pistols in this set. If I need to wash one, or clean the tubing or nozzle on one, I can carry the second one with me when I take my early morning walks. The pistols don't weigh much even when the tank is full, so they are easy to bring along when I walk. Filling the tanks is simple: just press a release button and the tank slips down out of the handle. Unplug the silicone plug, and fill the tank. Close up the plug and insert into the handle. It is very simple. The spray can travel about 2 feet (I am not good at estimating distances) so I can keep any loose dogs far enough away from me that I feel safe. I am pleased with these water pistol / pet training sprayers.

This pet trainer sprayer has been a great addition for us. It works very well and is easy to fill and reload. I especially like the eject button for the water “magazine,” which makes refilling quick and simple. It’s also sleek and fun-looking, which is a bonus. We’ve used it to humanely discourage feral cats from getting into our garden beds. It’s effective without causing any harm to the animals, which is important to me. When we’re not using it for training purposes, my two young children enjoy using it as a squirt gun for outdoor play. Overall, it’s versatile, easy to use, and does exactly what we need it to do.
