I dont like to iron and I dont want to wait for my iron to heat up or go over the same garment several times to get it to look nice. This iron works great and fast. Glad I paid a little extra for something reliable.

Had to order a new since my old one kept toppling over & eventually fell off of the ironing board. The round bottom is much better and sturdy, so when you sit it down it stays firmly in place. I have already tried steaming some silk shirts with stubborn wrinkles and it works great! It doesn't spray water everywhere like my old steamer. Love the light and portable design.

Iron we bought has a large sticker on it saying, "10-year Soleplate Warranty." Iron stopped working.-Called company - but since Covid, they have stopped taking calls-After numerous emails, finally received a response-Company is refusing to honor Warranty, citing weak excuses

I love the modern features on this appliance and the price was right too
