Really great book with a range of recipies. Easy to follow, just an all round great book for one pan dishes

I am looking for a good cook book for an electric skillet, this one is good with great recipes but most start in a skillet and finish in the oven. so with most can be started in an ordinary fry pan then into casserole dish and put in oven. good simple meals. will try many.

Fab easy dishes

Very happy with this cook book. It's very beautiful. The pictures are well done, and it's pleasant to just look through the book, nice heavy pages well designed etc. The recipes are exactly what i was looking for. They're small little gourmet meals in one pan. I'm going to try the bacon wraped turkey with a side of Brussels sprouts, very excited!One minor annoyance is that about half of the 70 recipes are dedicated to pastas, sweets, and vegetarian food. I personally would have preferred more meat and potatoes type stuff. Either way give this book a try.

This is a beautfully written cookbook with simple but delicious food. All ingredients are laid out and the recipes are not your run off the mill type. A book to have in your collection. Photographs are beautfully done.

We want this for our daughter who is stationed in Japan and has an exceptionally small kitchen... So much so that she can pretty much only get one pan on her stove. She absolutely loves this book and has been going through it several pages a week.

Phenomenal cookbook with delicious and easy-to-make recipes. Rather than having glamour photos, the pictures are realistic and helpful, and the instructions easy to follow. Also, the book contains a diverse set of recipes, so there’s something for everyone. This is a cookbook people will actually use often.
